A menu packed with flavor, from first bite to last.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"973\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"648\">Chef Chris<\/strong> brings favorite steakhouse flavors but with his own twist. His <strong data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"729\">Gyudon<\/strong> is like comfort in a bowl \u2014 tender beef, just the right amount of sweet and salty sauce, and fluffy rice. The <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1050\">Yukhoe<\/strong> (Korean-style beef tartare) was fresh and zesty, even more delicious with prawn chips. The <strong data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1156\">Char Siu Sliders<\/strong> were smoky, sweet, and easy to finish in just three bites. For a stronger flavor, there was the <strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1281\">Skirt Steak Satay<\/strong> with its nutty and grill-kissed aroma.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1543\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">But the star of the show? Chef Pat's <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1360\">Rendang<\/strong>. The beef is tender and almost shredded, full of coconut flavor and made even tastier with <strong data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1477\">tamarind fried rice<\/strong>.
