I have a <strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"473\">live-in partner (LIP)<\/strong> with whom I have been living for five years. Last November, I had a urinalysis because I was worried about my kidneys. Thank God, the results were fine so I felt relieved.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"1095\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">But this <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"684\">June<\/strong>, I had another urinalysis because we had a free time at work. I was surprised when the results came out\u2014<strong data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"822\">I was positive for t.vaginalisis or STD<\/strong>. My world almost collapsed because I had no other <strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"888\">s3x<\/strong> partner but my LIP. So the first thing that came to my mind was that maybe he got infected from someone else and passed it to me. When I told him this, <strong data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1038\">he denied it all. He said he had never had <strong data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1085\">s3x<\/strong> with anyone else.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1540\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">But until now, no matter how many times I confronted him, he still <strong data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1172\">denies<\/strong> it. I immediately got checked and took <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1233\">medication<\/strong> because that was the doctor's advice. The doctor said I would be cured but the <strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1328\">STD<\/strong> would come back if I had <strong data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1350\">s3x<\/strong> with him again if he didn't get treatment. The problem is, he doesn't want to get checked and he doesn't want to take medication. He says he's not sick and he didn't cheat.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"2034\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">So now, I'm so confused. I want to believe him because <strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1621\">I love him<\/strong>, but what if it's true that he brought this disease? I don't have any other relationships. He's the only man I've ever slept with. If he wasn't the source, where else could it have come from? Even the <strong data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1847\">doctor<\/strong> said that the treatment would cost <strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1888\">\u20b12,500 to \u20b15,000<\/strong> and that we should both get treatment, because if I were the only one taking the medicine, it wouldn't matter\u2014I'd get infected and get reinfected.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2399\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">It's hard to think that maybe <strong data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2080\">he cheated on me<\/strong> and he just can't admit it. I don't know if I should still trust him or if I need to <strong data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2216\">let go of our relationship<\/strong>. It hurts because we've been together for five years, and it's just going to end like this.
