Maybe I'll feel better once I've let it out. I'm <strong data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"558\">28 years old<\/strong> and I just gave birth on <strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"599\">Dec 12<\/strong> of last year. When I was about to give birth, my <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"692\">mom and dad<\/strong> came to be with me and support me. Even though my husband's family was only three houses away, my parents chose to help me during those times.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1311\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">They lived here with us for <strong data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"906\">5 months<\/strong>. And during that time, I didn't feel like they were a burden. <strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"992\">My mom<\/strong> does almost everything\u2014<strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1027\">doing the laundry<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1042\">cooking<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1066\">renovating the house<\/strong>, and taking care of my two other children who are in school. <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1132\">My dad<\/strong> doesn't just help; He even fixed the <strong data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1201\">clogged CR<\/strong>, built a new <strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1230\">kitchen<\/strong>, and built another <strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1261\">CR<\/strong> to make our house more complete and comfortable.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1867\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">After a few months, they went back to the province. I thought everything was over and everything was fine between my husband and me. But one day, we had a <strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1496\">fight<\/strong>. In the heat of the conversation, he suddenly said that I didn't owe him anything. He made it seem like he was the one who <strong data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1572\">fed<\/strong> my parents when they were here. He added that even though my parents were here, he didn't have any complaints. It was as if he wanted to convey that I should <strong data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1795\">be grateful<\/strong> to him and that we were indebted to him for what he had done.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"2285\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">I can't hide that I was very <strong data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1909\">hurt<\/strong> by the words he said. For me, it's only natural for a couple to help each other's families, especially when there's a need. I don't understand why there's a need to count or bring up such things. What's even more painful is that even now that <strong data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2198\">we're okay<\/strong>, every time I remember what he said, the sadness and resentment come back.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2578\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">I just <strong data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2317\">shared<\/strong> this to get the weight off my chest. I don't really talk to anyone at home about this. I hope that by sharing this, at least in some way, I feel better.
