The 50-second video provides the first look and sound of the new <em data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"560\">triple-cylinder powerplant<\/em>, after it was first shown at a motorcycle trade show last year.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"953\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"653\">The<\/strong> engine is a <em data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"701\">75-degree water-cooled triple<\/em> arranged in a V layout. It is the world's first motorcycle to use an <em data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"822\">electric motor-powered compressor<\/em> for air intake, instead of the usual <em data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"901\">crankshaft-driven supercharger<\/em>. According to Honda, this design is more compact.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1352\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"961\">At<\/strong> the end of the teaser, a strange <em data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1025\">whooshing sound<\/em> can be heard from the compressor and a short start-up sound, suggesting that we may see a full demonstration of the system in the coming months.
