Billboards on the expressway or houses did not fall. The barangay advised other operators to roll up their tarpaulins first as a precaution.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1331\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, the group of advertisers announced that they are coordinating with local authorities and site operators to ensure public safety.
