Officials said four <strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"492\">Filipino seafarers<\/strong> were killed in the <strong data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"516\">drone<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"540\">speedboat attack<\/strong>. It was one of two attacks on the same day after months of relative calm in the region.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"995\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">There are <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"675\">22 crew members<\/strong> on the ship\u2014<strong data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"700\">21 Filipinos<\/strong> and one Russian. The armed groups reportedly used <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"773\">sea drones<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"806\">rocket-propelled grenades<\/strong> in the attack. According to sources, the ship is now <strong data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"890\">floating and on its side<\/strong>, while the rest of the crew are awaiting a <strong data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"959\">rescue mission<\/strong> from maritime security firms.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1280\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Before this, a ship named <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1059\">MV Magic Seas<\/strong>, also Liberian-flagged and operated by a Greek operator, was also attacked. According to the Houthi group, it sank. All crew members of the Magic Seas were safe and arrived in <strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1267\">Djibouti<\/strong> on Monday.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1607\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <strong data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1342\">International Maritime Organization (IMO)<\/strong> said the latest attack was a clear violation of <strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1418\">international law<\/strong> and a threat to the <strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1462\">safety of seafarers<\/strong>. The IMO official also said that innocent crew members and local communities are the main <strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1580\">victims<\/strong> of such incidents.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1979\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Because of this, the <strong data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1681\">Department of Migrant Workers of the Philippines<\/strong> called on Filipino seafarers to exercise their <strong data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1755\">right to refuse<\/strong> to sail in <strong data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1806\">high-risk and war-like zones<\/strong> like the Red Sea.
