data-end=\"555\">Jr Alvren Mangapot<\/strong> shared a video on Facebook on <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"601\">July 2<\/strong>, where <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"668\">four-wheeled vehicles<\/strong> can be seen lined up on both sides of the road, near the <strong data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"735\">V1 Bus Line<\/strong> garage.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"923\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In the video, a man can be heard saying, \"<strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"821\">They're fighting, or,<\/strong>\" while trying to pass several <strong data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"882\">motorcycle riders<\/strong> in front of the vehicle filming the video.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1089\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to a report by <strong data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"961\">SJDM Newscatcher<\/strong>, drivers of parked vehicles refused to leave even though they were <strong data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1050\">obstructing<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1088\">passing motorists<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1247\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">This <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1122\">double parking<\/strong> refers to parking a vehicle next to another
