In the video, passengers can be seen <strong data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"516\">running<\/strong> after pouring a <strong data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"556\">flammable liquid<\/strong> on the floor of the train and setting it alight on the morning of May 31.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"851\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">One \u200b\u200bof the passengers who was rushing to escape slipped and fell to the floor moments before the fire broke out. <strong data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"753\">Smoke<\/strong> spread to the adjacent train filled with <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"795\">commuters<\/strong> before people were able to exit through the <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"848\">doors<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"1200\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Six people were reported <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"893\">injured<\/strong> but no <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"921\">deaths<\/strong>. According to the investigation, <strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"974\">the 67-year-old man carefully planned the <strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1011\">crime<\/strong> because of his <strong data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1053\">divorce<\/strong> problems. He bought <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1082\">gasoline<\/strong>, mortgaged his assets, and checked out several large <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1170\">subway stations<\/strong> before carrying out the incident.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1434\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The suspect was charged with <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1257\">attempted murder<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1270\">arson<\/strong>. The last major subway accident in South Korea was in 2003 in Daegu, where 192 people died.
