According to Joseph Dela Rosa, who uploaded the video, it was past 1 a.m. when he saw the man wearing a green shirt quickly crossing the expressway.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"865\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The driver narrowly avoided the man after he swerved the <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"712\">utility van<\/strong> to the left, but the side mirror still caught him, shattering it. The vehicle spun around but he quickly parked it on the side of the road.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1099\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">When Dela Rosa returned, the man was already standing and miraculously uninjured. It was learned that he was not a <strong data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1001\">SLEX employee<\/strong> but a <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1031\">trader<\/strong> who collected steel from construction sites along the expressway.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1211\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1144\">30-year-old<\/strong> man is now in the custody of <strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1161\">SLEX patrollers<\/strong> and will be charged for the incident.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1403\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Dela Rosa was thankful that he was not injured.
