He explained that the vehicle had been in an accident so he was unable to return immediately to pay.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1178\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In the same week, diesel prices suddenly <strong data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1006\">rose<\/strong> due to tensions between Israel and Iran.
