As a result, not only could the driver lose his license\u2014but the company he works for could also <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"539\">face legal action<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"775\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to <strong data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"593\">Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon<\/strong>, the investigation revealed that <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"648\">Taxihub Transport<\/strong>, owned by <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"696\">Paige Pauline Bersamina<\/strong>, is <strong data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"742\">provisional authority is void<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"772\">operating illegally<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"904\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"798\">You can be sued<\/strong> because you allowed the taxi to ply even though it no longer has a franchise,\u201d said Dizon in a press briefing.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1176\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The taxi in the video is not the only one without a franchise\u2014<strong data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"992\">Taxihub Transport's entire fleet<\/strong> does not have valid documents, according to Dizon. Because of this, <strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1095\">the LTFRB will issue a show cause order<\/strong> to Bersamina and may <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1173\">revoke the company's right to operate<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1391\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Dizon also ordered a <strong data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1275\">widespread crackdown on taxi drivers at NAIA<\/strong>.
