In a Facebook post by the MMDA on <strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"444\">June 16<\/strong>, they said the <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"498\">\"May Huli Ka\" website<\/strong> is now open and can be accessed using a cellphone, tablet, or computer.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"881\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Upon entering the website, you just need to enter your <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"624\">plate number<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"648\">conduction sticker<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"682\">motor vehicle file number<\/strong>. Then, click \"<strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"718\">Check<\/strong>\" to see if there is a violation. If there is, the site will also show you how to pay the fine, where to pay it, and how to appeal if you want to contest the case.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1112\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">NCAP was re-implemented on <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"929\">May 26<\/strong>. When a violation occurs, it is reviewed by <strong data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"988\">MMDA operators<\/strong> using CCTV footage. If confirmed, a <strong data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1074\">Notice of Violation<\/strong> will be issued immediately and sent to the motorist's address.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1368\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The fine can be paid online through the <strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1185\">Landbank portal<\/strong> or in person at the <strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1226\">MMDA Redemption Office<\/strong> in Pasig. Failure to pay will result in the vehicle's license plate being placed on the <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1312\">LTO alarm list<\/strong>, which could result in it being deregistered.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1656\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">NCAP covers major roads in <strong data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1431\">Metro Manila<\/strong> such as <strong data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1497\">EDSA, Roxas Blvd., Taft Ave., Shaw Blvd., Quezon Ave.<\/strong>, and others.
