Before she did so, she wrote a letter to her husband Fernando Cuello. In the letter, she expressed all her feelings \u2014 the <strong data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"416\">fatigue<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"429\">sadness<\/strong>, and the amount of <strong data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"458\">loneliness<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"763\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">He said, \u201cNow, you can live your life freely. You don't have to travel anymore. All we ask is a <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"591\">hug<\/strong> for Esteban and me, a <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"636\">kiss<\/strong> in the morning before you leave. We don't ask for much\u2026 We won't beg. We will keep your memories with us forever.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1028\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">She wanted something simple: <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"806\">presence<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"821\">care<\/strong>, and a little <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"849\">love<\/strong>. But because of the lack of support, she was exhausted by the weight of it all. Many other mothers struggle silently every day \u2014 without help, without rest, and without companionship.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1202\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you know someone who is tired, quiet, or seems lonely, ask them questions, hug them, and listen.
