The operation was conducted on <strong data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"554\">May 22<\/strong> with the assistance of the <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"587\">Philippine Navy<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"621\">Philippine National Police<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"873\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The foreigners were identified as <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"675\">Oh Hyunsik<\/strong> (51), <strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"698\">Kim Haeyoung<\/strong> (48), and <strong data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"724\">Kim Seoyeong<\/strong> (45). According to <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"795\">BI Intelligence Division Chief Fortunato Manahan Jr.<\/strong>, they did not have <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"824\">work permits<\/strong> and proper <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"843\">visas<\/strong> while working in the country.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1137\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Based on the BI's record, the three clearly violated the <strong data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"949\">immigration laws<\/strong> of the Philippines. <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"974\"><strong data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1025\">Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado<\/strong> commended the arrest and reiterated that all foreigners in the country must <strong data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1068\">follow the law<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1289\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Currently, the three remain at the <strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1230\">BI facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig<\/strong> while their <strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1288\">deportation<\/strong> process is being handled.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang Bureau of Immigration (BI) ay inaresto ang tatlong Koreanong dayuhan matapos mahuling ilegal na nagtatrabaho sa isang pribadong resort sa General Trias, Cavite.
