He is accompanied by his lawyer Perlito Campanilla in the preliminary investigation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"711\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Campanilla, they <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"522\">fully cooperated<\/strong> with the authorities and assured that Alvin was not involved in the crime. He mentioned that <strong data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"677\">negotiating the ransom and asking for proof of life<\/strong> are proof that he was not involved.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"887\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Also present at the investigation was Kelly Tan or Gong Wen Li, a Chinese national believed to be the co-mastermind, who was recently arrested in Boracay along with another suspect.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"1002\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Although it caused great pain, Campanilla believes that justice will be achieved for the Que family.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang anak ni Anson Que na si Alvin Que ay nagsumite ng kanyang sworn affidavit sa Department of Justice kaugnay sa kidnap-slay na nangyari sa kanyang ama noong Marso.
