According to Marjorie San Agustin, her son was still strong before the surgery.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"883\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"629\">A man who identified himself as a doctor<\/strong> circumcised Nathan and allegedly injected him with <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"697\">20cc of anesthesia<\/strong>. After the procedure, the boy told his mother that he no longer felt anything. But after a while, the mother noticed that <strong data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"882\">the boy was shaking and convulsing<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1088\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"925\">The mother tried to ask the doctor<\/strong>, but he was told that such a reaction was normal because the child was \"groggy.\" Not long after, Nathan was taken to the hospital but <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1087\">was declared dead<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1313\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1120\">The family<\/strong> could not accept what happened and immediately <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1199\">reported to the police and sought help from the NBI<\/strong>.
