It was raised to <strong data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"454\">2nd alarm<\/strong> before being declared <strong data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"495\">fire out<\/strong> at around 4 p.m.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"850\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">One \u200b\u200bof the victims, <strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"564\">Alyssa Batali\u00f1o<\/strong>, said they saved almost nothing except for some <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"633\">documents<\/strong>. They also lost their <strong data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"675\">pet dog<\/strong> because the fire spread so quickly. \u201cThe fire was so fast, we were panicked and didn't know what to do, then they immediately evacuated us. Back to zero, really,\u201d Alyssa said.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1197\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to the report, the fire started on the <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"907\">second floor<\/strong> of the house of <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"960\">Barangay Desk Officer Teresita Bulan<\/strong>. It started after a large plastic container with fire fell, causing her family to panic and immediately evacuate. The <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1509\">Bureau of Fire Protection<\/strong> is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
