Gao had a <em data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"587\">fibroma<\/em>, or non-cancerous lump, on his back.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"879\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"705\">According to the fake doctor, Gao's lump was just an \"air bump.\"<\/strong> As a result, Gao agreed to undergo treatment at a <em data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"767\">cybercafe.<\/em> After several needles were inserted into his body, he had difficulty breathing. He was immediately taken to the hospital.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1164\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1008\">At the hospital, he was diagnosed with <em data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"925\">pneumothorax<\/em>\u2014a condition in which air leaks between the lung and the chest.<\/strong> As a result, he suffered <em data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1060\">respiratory failure<\/em>. According to doctors, if his treatment had been delayed even for a minute, he could have died.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1387\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1265\">The fake doctor's father confirmed that he was not licensed and only studied by watching others.<\/strong> The incident is currently under investigation. Hospitals are cooperating in filing a case against the fake doctor.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1558\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1462\">The fake doctor could be jailed for three to ten years<\/strong> for <em data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1501\">illegal medical practice<\/em> that led to <em data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1550\">serious harm to Gao's health<\/em>.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ang isang lalaki sa China na si Gao ay halos mamatay matapos sumailalim sa isang illegal acupuncture session na ginawa ng isang hindi lisensyadong doktor.
