According to one of them, <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"440\">Bel Baldemor<\/strong>, while they were taking a bath, they noticed the color of the water changed so they immediately went up.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"745\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A few moments later, the water suddenly <strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"589\">rushed<\/strong> and deepened. As a result, the <strong data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"652\">river guards sounded a <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"679\">siren<\/strong> as a warning and advised people to get out of the water immediately.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"986\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"755\">Eight<\/strong> needed <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"782\">irescue<\/strong>, including a woman who can be seen in the video struggling to get out due to the strong current. <strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"925\">Pugo MDRRMO<\/strong> personnel responded immediately and rescued people trapped in the middle and on the sides of the river.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1218\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Bel, they wondered why this happened because <strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1073\">the mist was only light<\/strong> and no rain fell in the area.
