The temporary suspension is <strong data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"476\">90 days<\/strong> while the incident is investigated.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"886\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"559\">The <em data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"600\">Department of Transportation (DOTr)<\/em> has ordered that drivers must <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"654\">submit to drug testing<\/strong>. According to the <em data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"708\">Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013<\/em>, drivers involved in accidents must undergo a <strong data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"790\">chemical test<\/strong> such as <strong data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"817\">drug screening<\/strong>. If they refuse, they may face <strong data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"870\">license revocation<\/strong> and a fine.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1126\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In the said accident, <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"938\">two people died<\/strong>\u2014a 28-year-old man and a <strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"999\">5-year-old child<\/strong> after an SUV plowed into the <strong data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1046\">departure area<\/strong> of <em data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1067\">NAIA Terminal 1<\/em>. Three other people were injured and immediately taken to the hospital.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1290\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The <em data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1153\">LTO<\/em> has also issued a <strong data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1177\">show-cause order<\/strong> against the <strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1223\">registered owner of the vehicle<\/strong>.
