He was arrested while his <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1081\">passport<\/strong> was no longer valid. However, he became aggressive at the <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1136\">BI main office<\/strong> in Manila, where <strong data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1197\">he assaulted two personnel<\/strong>, including a nurse who was conducting a <strong data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1265\">medical examination<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1676\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1281\">Ifugao<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1312\">four Chinese nationals<\/strong> were arrested in separate operations on <strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1375\">April 28<\/strong>. Among those arrested was <strong data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1423\">Yang Yongxiang<\/strong>, 53, who was <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1478\">working without a work permit<\/strong> at the <strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1510\">Ibulao Hydro Power Plant<\/strong>. Arrested with him were <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1556\">Yuan Tonghua<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1576\">Zeng Jiakuan<\/strong>, and Yang's wife <strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1618\">Gan Yiyun<\/strong>, for <strong data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1675\">violation of the Philippine Immigration Act<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"2015\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The five <strong data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1700\">foreigners<\/strong> were brought to the <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1732\">BI main office<\/strong> in Manila for <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1766\">biometrics<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1799\">preliminary investigation<\/strong>.
