Subaru uses the <strong data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"534\">boxer-four<\/strong>, while BMW has been known for the <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"574\">boxer-twin<\/strong> since the 1920s. Even though the boxer era of the Volkswagen Beetle is over, <strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"657\">Porsche<\/strong> still uses it in their <strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"708\">sports cars<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"937\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Now, it looks like <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"757\">Benda<\/strong> wants to join the scene too. <strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"781\">Benda<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"817\">Chinese motorcycle brand<\/strong> known for its unique designs, is apparently working on a new <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"904\">entry-level roadster<\/strong> with a <strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"936\">boxer-twin engine<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1209\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A <strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"960\">leaked patent<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"978\">China<\/strong> has revealed Benda's new project: a model called the <strong data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1058\">BD250-3B<\/strong>. In the pictures, it looks like it's powered by a <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1122\">250cc boxer-twin engine<\/strong> that's <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1143\">liquid-cooled<\/strong>, and could potentially have plenty of power despite its small displacement.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1459\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The design also features <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1269\">Benda signature fork covers<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1286\">disc brakes<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1308\">dual-channel ABS<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1324\">LED lights<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1345\">bar-end mirrors<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1364\">digital panel<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1385\">alloy wheels<\/strong>. Unlike BMW which is shaft-driven, Benda uses a <strong data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1434\">chain drive<\/strong> here.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1704\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">If true, this is a good move for <strong data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1509\">Benda<\/strong> to capture the attention of riders who want a <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1582\">unique experience<\/strong>, but are within budget.
