According to the <strong data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"445\">Philippine Red Cross<\/strong>, four vehicles were involved: <strong data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"525\">a car, a van, an 18-wheeler truck, and a bus<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"802\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to <strong data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"554\">Marvin Guiang<\/strong>, Tarlac PDRRMO chief, six of the fatalities were <strong data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"609\">children<\/strong> and six were <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"632\">adults<\/strong>. In the <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"653\">Nissan Urvan<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"680\">driver<\/strong> survived, while in the car, only a child <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"735\">survived<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"761\">bus passengers<\/strong> only suffered <strong data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"801\">minor injuries<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"997\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Guiang said the vehicles were <strong data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"878\">queued near the toll plaza<\/strong> when the bus arrived, possibly traveling at high speed.
