It was in front of the overpass when it stopped because <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"595\">the helicopter<\/strong> would get stuck if they tried to pass.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"902\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The story of <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"669\">Bayan Patroller Ruben Lea\u00f1o<\/strong>, he and his wife were on their way to <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"730\">Balintawak Market<\/strong> but they got stuck in traffic. <strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"798\">He also posted a video<\/strong> on his Facebook page <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"842\">Kaventot TV<\/strong>, where we can see the response of <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"887\">MMDA<\/strong> to help.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"1116\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to Lea\u00f1o, it took about an hour before the traffic eased. \"Thankfully it was Sunday so it wasn't that bad,\" he added. The video also shows the MMDA reversing the truck to avoid the overpass.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1379\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Based at the <strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1145\">MMDA Eagle Base<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1165\">Timog Avenue<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1188\">the truck lost its way<\/strong> and instead of heading to <strong data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1213\">Subic<\/strong>, it ended up on EDSA. The MMDA immediately responded to guide the truck back and <strong data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1334\">make it detour to A. Bonifacio Avenue<\/strong> towards <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1378\">North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1571\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Fortunately, the situation was resolved quickly and traffic flow was restored to normal.
