He was found on <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"723\">Saturday<\/strong> by an off-season hiker on a trail more than <strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"784\">3,000 meters<\/strong> (9,800 feet) above sea level. He was suspected of having <strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"874\">altitude sickness<\/strong> and was immediately taken to the hospital.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1162\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">It was also reported by <strong data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"941\">TBS<\/strong> and other media that he was the same man who was rescued on <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1015\">Tuesday<\/strong> by helicopter. After being rescued, he returned on <strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1086\">Friday<\/strong> to retrieve his <strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1126\">mobile phone<\/strong> that he left behind during the first rescue.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1251\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Reports are not yet sure if he found his phone, according to unnamed sources.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1564\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1271\">Mount Fuji<\/strong> is an <strong data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1299\">active volcano<\/strong> and the highest mountain in Japan. Its hiking trails are only open from <strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1395\">July to September<\/strong> because it is too dangerous during the off-season.
