Meanwhile, in <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"613\">Barangay 123, Tondo<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"640\">500 houses<\/strong> burned down within <strong data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"669\">nine hours<\/strong>, and the cost of damage was estimated at <strong data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"699\">P10 million<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"850\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The BFP said <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"756\">300 families<\/strong> were affected in the Port Area, while <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"811\">1,500 families<\/strong> in Tondo were displaced.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1217\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The fire started in the Port Area <strong data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"916\">at 12:03 a.m.<\/strong>, and in Tondo <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"952\">at 1:55 a.m.<\/strong>. Up to <strong data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"998\">51 firetrucks and rescue trucks<\/strong> responded.
