students and staff.<\/strong> School officials received an email about the threat around 10 a.m.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"774\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"618\">The Malabon police and campus security immediately responded.<\/strong> They secured the entire campus and began an investigation. They are also conducting a digital forensics analysis to determine where the threat came from.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"973\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"895\">According to CMU president Glen de Leon, it is important to act immediately to ensure everyone on campus is safe.<\/strong> They said they are coordinating with local law enforcement for a proper assessment.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1171\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1107\">Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval condemned the incident and assured the public that they are monitoring the investigation.<\/strong> At this time, it is not yet known who sent the threat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1287\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1213\">No one was injured and everyone is safe.<\/strong> People on campus are still staying alert while the investigation is ongoing.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nagkaroon ng bomb threat sa City of Malabon University (CMU) kahapon, kaya agad na in-evacuate ang mga estudyante at staff.
