data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"401\">southbound lane of NLEX<\/strong> in Valenzuela on Monday night.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"581\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to police, <strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"487\">the front of the bus was destroyed<\/strong> due to the force of the impact. There were <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"533\">30 passengers<\/strong> on the bus when the accident occurred.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"731\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Based on the investigation, <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"634\">the bus was speeding<\/strong> and collided with a <strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"682\">closed van in the third lane<\/strong>, before hitting a <strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"728\">dump truck in the fourth lane<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"904\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The bus came from <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"769\">Angat, Bulacan<\/strong> and was headed to <strong data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"801\">Caloocan<\/strong>, while the <strong data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"852\">dump truck loaded with sand<\/strong> was from <strong data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"880\">Porac, Pampanga<\/strong> heading to <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"901\">Taguig<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1053\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">According to a passenger, <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"959\">the collision was so violent<\/strong> that they had to <strong data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1008\">break the bus window<\/strong> to get out because <strong data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1050\">the door was jammed<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1159\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">One \u200b\u200bof the injured was an <strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1104\">83-year-old woman<\/strong> who had <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1130\">abrasion on her face<\/strong> and was immediately taken to the hospital.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1266\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1220\">The bus and dump truck drivers brought the matter to the precinct, and <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1251\">they just settled<\/strong> the settlement.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Labintatlong tao ang nasaktan matapos ang banggaan ng isang bus, van, at dump truck sa southbound lane ng NLEX sa Valenzuela noong Lunes ng gabi.Ayon sa pulisya, nawasak ang harapan ng bus dahil sa lakas ng impact.
