The collision, which killed a motorcyclist, was captured on CCTV.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"816\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In a video posted by a netizen, one man can be seen <strong data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"572\">throwing<\/strong> while the other is left on the wall <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"649\">with the motorcycle<\/strong>. According to <strong data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"673\">Banate PNP<\/strong>, the two victims were supposed to be heading to Iloilo City from Estancia, but when they reached a curved part of the road, the driver lost control.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"1170\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The victims were identified as <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"869\">Lenje Bersabal<\/strong>, 21 years old and a motorcycle driver, and <strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"924\">Mark Alonday<\/strong>, also 21 years old. <strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"979\">Both were not wearing helmets<\/strong> and were speeding when the accident occurred. They were immediately taken to the hospital, but <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1111\">Bersabal died during treatment<\/strong>. Alonday is <strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1137\">safe<\/strong> but <strong data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1169\">continuing to be treated<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1379\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Authorities said the cause of the accident was <strong data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1253\">excessive speeding<\/strong> and lack of <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1287\">protective gear<\/strong> such as a helmet. This is a reminder to motorists to be careful especially on <strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1378\">curvy roads<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1494\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The cost of damage to the house is estimated at <strong data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1442\">\u20b120,000<\/strong>.
