According to <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"490\">prosecutors<\/strong>, he faces <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"534\">three felony cases<\/strong> such as <strong data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"560\">child neglect<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"577\">child abuse<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"604\">child endangerment<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"918\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Brenda is known as a foster parent who has cared for over <strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"715\">200 children over a period of 15\u201320 years<\/strong>. But according to <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"759\">Lincoln County Prosecutor<\/strong> Mike Wood, there are <strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"796\">witnesses<\/strong> who say Brenda swapped one of her foster children for a monkey, and even traveled back to Missouri from Texas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1327\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">It was also learned that Brenda allegedly sent the child to a home in <strong data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1005\">Texas<\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1035\">dirty conditions<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1070\">inadequate supervision<\/strong> from January 1 to April 1, 2025. There, she was left to <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1164\">take care of exotic animals<\/strong>. There are also reports that the woman hit the child with a paddle, shoes, and hands, and that the child's clothes were also given away as punishment.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1626\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The woman in Texas who took the child in is also being investigated, but <strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1431\">no charges or arrests have been made<\/strong>.
