By <strong data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"628\">29<\/strong>, she had already bought a second house worth <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"718\">18 million yen (RM711,000)<\/strong>. And in <strong data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"742\">May 2019<\/strong>, he bought a <strong data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"779\">third house<\/strong> worth <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"833\">37 million yen (RM1.4 million)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"1168\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">How did he do it? According to reports, he spent no more than <strong data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"929\">153 yen (RM6)<\/strong> every day. To save money, he didn't buy new clothes and <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1014\">had only worn second-hand clothes since he was 18 years old.
