According to <strong data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"428\">Police Colonel Felipe Maraggun<\/strong>, he was hit in the <strong data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"453\">head<\/strong>, became <strong data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"474\">critical<\/strong>, and finally lost his life on Monday.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"758\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The incident occurred on <strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"585\">Marcos Highway, Barangay San Jose<\/strong>, after a heated argument between <strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"644\">riders<\/strong> and a <strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"669\">black SUV<\/strong>. Four people were injured in the incident, including the suspect's <strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"743\">female companion<\/strong> in the vehicle.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"1020\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Due to the victim's death, the suspect will be charged with <strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"802\">murder<\/strong>, along with <strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"886\">two counts of frustrated murder<\/strong>.
