The aircraft was identified as a <strong data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"925\">Cessna<\/strong> and crashed in <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"980\">Barangay Libsong East, Lingayen<\/strong> while conducting a <strong data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1044\">touch-and-go training exercise<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1293\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1078\">touch-and-go maneuver<\/strong> is a practice in which an airplane <strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1194\">landes and immediately takes off again without stopping<\/strong>. Pilots typically do this to <strong data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1290\">improve their landing and takeoff skills<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1455\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Authorities are now investigating whether the cause of the crash was due to <strong data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1452\">engine problems, pilot error, or bad weather<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\" data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1685\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The victims were identified as a <strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1522\">32-year-old pilot<\/strong> and a <strong data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1574\">25-year-old student pilot<\/strong>.
