In the CCTV footage, the suspect can be seen hitting the cat, <\/span>Puti<\/b> with a <\/span>metal object<\/b>, causing it to convulse before it died.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Puti's owner, <\/span>Celine<\/b> learned of the incident after seeing it on security footage when she noticed Puti missing.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

PAWS assisted Celine in filing a case with the Office of the City Prosecutor, emphasizing that animal cruelty is a crime.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u201c<\/span>His children searched for him for a long time<\/b>,\u201d said Celine, referring to Puti's three kittens that were left behind.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

PAWS encourages the public to <\/span>immediately<\/b>report any animal cruelty to police or their volunteer lawyers.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
