(RTC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dismissed the<\/span><b>rape<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> case against<\/span><b>Pandi, Bulacan Mayor Enrico Roque<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and two others after the complainant<\/span><b>did not attend<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the hearing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-row-container\" data-vce-boxed-width=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-row vce-row--col-gap-30 vce-row-equal-height vce-row-content--top\" id=\"el-3511820a\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-3511820a\"><div class=\"vce-row-content\" data-vce-element-content=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-col style=\"font-weight: 400\"> but only made public this <\/span><b>Sunday<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Judge Rowena Violago Alejandria<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of <\/span><b>RTC Branch 121<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ordered the immediate <\/span><b>release<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of Roque.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-row-container\" data-vce-boxed-width=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-row vce-row--col-gap-30 vce-row-equal-height vce-row-content--top\" id=\"el-98e5c996\" data-vce-do-apply=\"all el-98e5c996\"><div class=\"vce-row-content\" data-vce-element-content=\"true\"><div class=\"vce-col hearing twice despite the subpoenas sent to him.
