patients who are treated only in the <\/span><b>emergency room<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and do not need to be confined to the hospital. <\/span><b>Before, they were not included in PhilHealth benefits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, but starting <\/span><b>February 14, 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, they are covered by <\/span><b>Facility-Based Emergency (FBE)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> benefits.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vce-row-container\" data-vce-boxed-width=\"true\"><div
