He emphasized that each agency should be ready, stating, \"You all know the drill. The President emphasized the importance of early warnings from the authorities to guide the public in their actions. This ensures that citizens are properly informed and can take the necessary steps to protect themselves ahead of Typhoon Marce. Effective communication and preparedness remain key to minimizing the storm's impact.<\/span><\/p>

President Marcos also called for 24-hour monitoring of rivers, lakes, coastlines, and other bodies of water. He directed all levels of government to prepare rescue equipment and ensure that resources, especially vehicles, are provided by various agencies to aid in disaster response during Typhoon Marce. This proactive measure aims to enhance the government's preparedness and response efforts.<\/span><\/p>

According to the latest PAGASA weather bulletin, Typhoon Marce's center is located 295 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan. It has maximum sustained winds of 150 kph, with gusts reaching up to 185 kph. The storm is moving closer, and authorities are urging residents in affected areas to remain alert and prepared.<\/span><\/p>

Typhoon Marce is expected to make landfall in the Babuyan Islands or the northern parts of mainland Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, and Apayao by the morning of Friday, November 8.
