The LPA is located approximately 2,040 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas as of 3 a.m. this Friday.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">According to PAGASA, the LPA is not expected to enter the Philippine Area of \u200b\u200bResponsibility (PAR) or become a typhoon within the next 24 hours.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">However, Zamboanga Peninsula, Soccsksargen, Bangsamoro, Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, and Davao del Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), a band of clouds that can cause rain.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">The Visayas, Palawan, and the rest of Mindanao will also have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
