Ayon sa mga meteorologist ng estado, ang mga kumpol ng ulap na nabubuo sa hilaga ng Luzon ay inaasahang magiging LPA sa Huwebes o Biyernes, at may posibilidad na lumakas ito at maging tropical cyclone sa weekend. Kung mangyari ito, tatawagin itong “Julian,” at ito ang magiging ika-10 bagyong tatama sa Pilipinas ngayong 2024.
